Our teas come exclusively from Sri Lanka; this is why you will find the label “Pure Ceylon Tea” on all our products and communications.
How do I brew the perfect cup of tea?
We believe that a perfect cup of tea is achieved in boiling fresh water over a tea bag or a spoon of loose tea. Let the boiled water cool down a minute or two to preserve the antioxidant benefits and let infuse the tea for three to five minutes depending on the instructions.
How much loose tea should I use to do a cup of tea?
We recommend one teaspoon for one cup of tea.
What’s the difference between green and black tea?
Black and green tea come from the same shrub called Camellia sinensis. To produce green tea, leaves are harvested, withered, and then heated through steaming (Japanese style) or pan-firing (Chinese style). This process halts oxidation so the leaves retain their color and delicate, fresh flavor. To produce black tea, leaves are harvested and withered and then crushed, torn, curled, or rolled and allowed to oxidize before being dried. As a result the leaves darken and develop a stronger flavor and aroma.
Is Namastea organic?
To ensure the best possible quality, our teas come from a lot of different growers around Sri Lanka and as much as possible our ingredients are organic but we cannot claim that they are 100% organic. An organic certification is desirable but not always realistic, especially for some of our small farmers who quite simply cannot afford the costly application process required.
Does Namastea contains GMO?
Namastea uses only natural ingredients and natural base flavors and does not contain any GMO.

No you don’t need to create an account to place an order. You can simply fill the billing details and proceed with your checkout.

What is the delivery time?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 working days. Parcels are shipped through Parzel for all deliveries in UAE.
Delivery times for UAE should be within 5 working days.

What is the shipping cost for my order?
The amount of the shipping cost is depending on the country and the weight of the parcel. You will see the final shipping cost of your order once you have given your shipping address. We offer free shipping to Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi on orders of 3 products and more.
The parcel I received does not match with my order. What can I do?
We suggest you to contact us as soon as possible. A fast and efficient solution will be found. Out of stock Products are advised per e-mail. Please check your mailbox to ensure that you did not receive any e-mail from us concerning a stock runout.
Is it possible to change or return a product?
Products bought on our website cannot be exchanged or returned. If you ordered a product that does not satisfy you, we invite you to contact us and we will discuss a potential solution.
How can I pay my order?
We suggest two payment methods: Cash on delivery or credit card. These two payment methods are totally secured. If you decide to pay by cash, our courier will collect the payment at the time of the delivery at the addressed you mentioned.
