Can stress be your friend? Work environment can be quite hectic and it is not always easy to find a way to release the stress. We know that stress can be harmful for the human body and that’s why we are trying to avoid it as much as possible. However this statement is not completely true. New research suggests that stress may only be bad for you if you believe that to be the case.
